What you get

Everything a busy service needs, and nothing it doesn’t

  • Your menu, read for you

Upload a PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet. We read the sections, dishes, sizes and choices, and you check them beside your own file before anything goes live.

  • A till staff learn in a minute

Pair any tablet with a six-character code and sign in with a four-digit PIN. Big colour-coded tiles, veg, vegan, seafood and meat marks, and search when the menu is long.

  • Tickets to the kitchen and the bar

Food goes to the kitchen and drinks to the bar, live, with a printable 80mm docket. A void or a late allergy prints an amended one, so the pass works from the right paper.

  • Allergies on the ticket

The fourteen UK allergens are one tap each on the order, printed under an ALLERGY banner on every docket — never buried in a note.

  • Payments that add up

Cash with the change worked out, card, tips, discounts and an optional or compulsory service charge. Split a bill evenly or by item, or take part of it now.

  • Floors and tables

Lay out each floor in seconds. Every table shows whether it is free, ordering, in the kitchen or served — from any tablet, as it happens.

  • Stock that follows the kitchen

Add ingredients and a recipe per dish. Stock goes down as plates are served, low-stock alerts reach the right people, and a count never stops a sale.

  • Takings and VAT, ready to file

Today’s sales on the dashboard, every live and settled bill on one list, and CSV or Excel exports with VAT broken down by rate.

Made for the UK

The rules a restaurant here has to get right

VAT done properly
Prices are VAT inclusive, and VAT is worked out per line and per rate — a discount is shared across the rates before the tax.
The business day, not the calendar day
Service runs past midnight, so the day runs to 04:00 and your late tables land on the right day’s takings.
Tips and service charge kept apart
Tips are never counted as takings, and a service charge is recorded for passing on to staff, as the 2023 Tipping Act expects.
No card numbers, ever
Card payments are taken on your own terminal; the till keeps only the card type and the last four of the transaction number.
